Native American & U.S. Leaders Training 2026 Recap

62 Leaders. 15 States. 38 Baptized Into the Mission.

There are moments in ministry when you can tangibly feel that something significant is happening — not just in a room, but in the lives of people who will carry it far beyond that room.

Our Native American & U.S. Leaders Training 2026 was one of those moments.

This year, 62 students from 15 different states gathered with a shared hunger: wholehearted obedience to Jesus and a renewed commitment to His mission. They came from reservations, rural towns, cities, and churches across America — pastors, emerging leaders, disciple-makers, and faithful believers who simply want to see the Gospel multiply.

What unfolded over those days together was deeply powerful.

38 Baptized — A Commitment to the Great Commission

One of the most significant moments of the training was witnessing 38 baptisms.

But these were not casual or symbolic decisions. Each baptism represented a clear and courageous commitment to the fulfillment of the Great Commission — a declaration not only of new life in Christ, but of wholehearted obedience to make disciples who make disciples.

Men and women stepped into the water publicly aligning their lives with Jesus’ command to go.

Some had wrestled for years with hesitation, fear, or feelings of inadequacy. Others experienced deep restoration during the training — wounds addressed, lies broken, identity reaffirmed. There were tears. There was reconciliation. There was freedom.

These baptisms marked more than personal renewal. They marked surrender to mission.

Transformation and Restoration

Throughout the week, we witnessed:

  • Leaders rediscovering their calling
  • Healing where there had been long-standing wounds
  • Unity across cultures and states
  • Boldness rising where fear once lived

The training wasn’t just about content. It was about obedience. Every session, every coaching group, every prayer time centered on one core conviction: Jesus deserves our full surrender, and His mission must become our priority.

We watched as participants moved from inspiration to activation — from simply learning about disciple-making to actively committing to it.

Sent Back to Multiply

Now, those 62 trained leaders are returning home — to reservations, churches, campuses, cities, and communities across 15 states — equipped to multiply what they received.

The ripple effect has already begun.

Families will be influenced. Churches will be strengthened. Conversations about disciple-making movements will start in places where they hadn’t before. Seeds were planted that we believe will grow into long-term fruit.

This is not the end of an event. It is the beginning of multiplication.

Thank You for Standing With Us

If you prayed, gave, or supported this training in any way — you were part of every baptism. You were part of every restored heart. You were part of every leader sent back out with renewed clarity and conviction.

Lives are being transformed.
Leaders are being strengthened.
And the Great Commission is being embraced with fresh boldness.

We are deeply grateful — and we are expectant for what God will do next.
